The Food Services Department is accepting application for the free & reduced lunch program. Parents/Guardians can apply online or complete a paper application (available at all campus offices), but do not need to do both. Upon completion of either applications a letter detailing approval or denial of benefits will be sent to the address on file for the student. Online applications are processed weekly. The Food Services Department of WISD offers parents the option to pay for their student's lunch online through the Lunch Money Now Program. 
Lunch Money Now permits parents to access their student's cafeteria account via the internet. This access will provide the ability to do several things including checking student balances, viewing student meal purchases, and deposit funds into lunch money accounts using a credit card.
Credit card deposits are made using a secure transaction site and are typically available within the hour of the transaction. You can make deposits to multiple accounts with the same credit card transaction. Please note there will be a minimal fee involved with each credit card transaction, so it is advantageous to make multiple deposit per transactions. 
The access to your student account is secure requiring several items of student identification to view balances, view purchases history and make deposits via the internet. If you need assistance with the process or have questions, feel free to contact Laurie Prihoda at (979) 725-6330.

If your student(s) will be returning to Weimar ISD, their current cafeteria balance will roll forward to next school year. 

If relocating from our district, we have multiple options available for remaining cafeteria balances.

• Transfer Funds: Request remaining cafeteria balance to be transferred to a sibling still enrolled in the district or designated students. 
• Contribution: Request remaining cafeteria balance to be contributed to a student in need of assistance within the district.
• Refund: Request remaining cafeteria balance to be refunded. This will be sent via mail as a check.

Account balances for students remaining in Weimar ISD school district for the next school year will stay on their account and will be available for them to use on the first day of school.
