TO THOSE I SERVE:
I am honored to serve as the Superintendent of schools for Weimar ISD. I am grateful for the opportunity to get to uphold the values and traditions that this great school district has stood for in the past and continues to stand for today.
As we get set to kick off this new school year, I’m filled with excitement and gratitude.
Reflecting on my first year here at Weimar ISD as Superintendent, I continue to be inspired by the dedication and heart of our faculty, staff, school board, and community. The commitment I’ve witnessed — to our students, to excellence, and to one another — is what makes Weimar ISD such a special place to serve.
Over the past year, we’ve emphasized building a culture of WE, not ME — a mindset rooted in teamwork, service, and unity. That focus remains unchanged. True growth and achievement come when we work together, putting others first and striving for shared success.
We've also worked to reinforce The Standard is Excellence in everything we do. This isn’t just a saying — it’s our expectation, our mindset, and our commitment to our students and to this community. Whether in the classroom, on the field, or in our daily interactions, excellence is the lens through which we operate.
We firmly believe that the partnership between families and schools is more important than ever. We encourage all parents to stay involved, advocate for their children, and be active participants in our school community. Together, we can give every student the support they need to thrive.
With a strong culture, high standards, and a united community behind each and every child, there’s no limit to what our students and our schools can achieve.
Weimar ISD has a rich tradition of success — and I’m confident that this year will be no different. I’m honored to play a small part in continuing that legacy alongside our incredible team of educators, staff, and families.
As always, my door is open. Whether you’d like to talk, share feedback, or just connect, I welcome the opportunity. Every decision we make will continue to be guided by the simple premise of “what’s best for our students”.
Here’s to a fantastic year ahead!
Go Wildcats and Ladycats!
