TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS:

Transcript requests need to be submitted to the high school registrar,

Mrs. Carol McCoskey.

To request a high school transcript, please come to the high school office and complete a Transcript Request Form. Transcripts may be picked up at Weimar High School, or mailed to an institution at your request. Be sure the form is filled out entirely, signed, and submitted to Mrs. McCoskey.

THIS APPLICATION MAY BE COMPLETED ONCE, AND THEN DUPLICATED AND USED FOR THE REMAINING SCHOLARSHIPS THAT REQUIRE THE COMMON APPLICATION. THIS FEATURE HAS BEEN CREATED TO HELP EASE THE AMOUNT OF WORK IT TAKES TO COMPLETE NUMEROUS SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS.
