Save your Lowe's receipts and turn them in to the Junior High office. With each receipt, points will be earned to "purchase" a variety of items for our campus.

As a parent, you are your child's first and most important teacher. When parents and families are involved in their children's schools, the children do better and have better feelings about going to school. In fact, many studies show that what the family does is more important to a child's school success than how much money the family makes.

The safety of our Weimar Junior High students and staff is top priority. We are requesting that all students being dropped off in the morning and picked up at the end of the school day adhere to the following procedure.
The drop off / pick up line will flow along North West Street in a southerly direction (north to south) along the curb side. Please do not drop off or pick up your students on the opposite side of the street.

Parent Portal

Parents can review their student's classroom progress, as well as, receive teacher updates by visiting the Weimar ISD district page, clicking on "Parent Resources" link, and then finally "Gradebook Parent Portal". For more information on how to access your child's grades, please call the Junior High Office at 725-9515.

Homework is assigned on a daily basis. It is imperative that you check your child's assignment sheets nightly to ensure that their homework is complete and that they are prepared for the next school day.

Encourage your child to read at least 25 minutes a day!

Renaissance Place Home Connect allows you to keep track of your child's progress in reading. You can sign up for email notifications to see how your child did on his/her AR test. If interested, send email to Codi Guentert, Anne Douglas, or call the Junior High office at 979-725-9515.
