Weimar High School
Robert Klekar, Principal

The 2016-2017 school year at Weimar High School will bring continuous moments of excellence.  Our students exemplify the best of our community as they enter our classrooms each day.  Teachers at WHS create lessons that engage and empower students in the learning process.  Active learning engulfs our campus each and every day to inspire students to inquire beyond the normal scope of the material.  Furthermore, we strive daily to have a positive, progressive, and safe culture at WHS.

Our extra-curricular activities, clubs, organizations, and service groups will continue the rich tradition of success created in prior years.  It is through our fine arts, sports, spirit groups, and other student organizations that our students have an opportunity to represent our school and community and plant the seed for excellence.  Through these experiences, our students develop and demonstrate skills that allow them to be leaders of the future.

At WHS we understand that excellence in schools require a partnership with our community.  We encourage parent volunteers and quality relationships with the businesses of the Weimar area.  We encourage school-community relations including an emphasis on clear communications with parents and all stakeholders.  We understand that parents’ most prize possession is their children and the communication process between teachers, administrators, and parents is paramount to student success.

We are excited about the tradition of excellence our campus will uphold this school year.
