OVERVIEW
Children who learn healthy behaviors from their parents, community, and teachers are better students and as such are better equipped to make the appropriate lifestyle choices at appropriate ages. Having the right information to make the right lifestyle choices can add years to a child's life as well as improve the quality of his or her life -time health. Council members of the Weimar Independent School District's School Health Advisory Council can make a positive impact on the future health of our children by helping the Council make recommendations that will result in quality school health programs for our children.
